Use ClipHearth on more than one computer
A lifetime licence works on one computer. Add more for 12 € each, up to 10, keep the same key, and use them at home or in a small team.
01One licence, up to 10 computers
A lifetime licence works on one computer, and you can add more to it for 12 € each, up to 10 computers in all. The key stays the same and works on every one of them. Extra computers are only for lifetime licences, including a monthly plan you have already switched to lifetime. A monthly plan stays on one computer: for more, move it to lifetime first or buy another plan.
02Add computers
Open cliphearth.com/add-computers, paste your activation key (CN-LIFE-…) or the licence ID from the app's License window, and press Look up. The page shows your plan and how many computers the licence works on, lets you pick how many to add with the price for each choice, and the Add button opens the payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, with Link as the merchant of record, as for the licence itself. Promo codes and partner discounts do not apply to extra computers.
03On the new computer
Install ClipHearth, open the ClipHearth license window from the licence card at the bottom of the sidebar, paste the same key, and press Activate. There is no second key to keep track of.
04Who may use them
A licence is for the person or organisation that bought it. The people in your household, or a small team working with you, may use it too, on no more computers than the licence was bought for. Keep the key to yourselves: do not publish, resell, or transfer it.
05A shared box between them
Every computer in a shared box needs a ClipHearth licence, and the computers of your licence can share a box with each other right away. One box takes at most as many computers of one licence as the licence has.
06Refunds
Each payment is refunded on its own: a payment for extra computers within 14 days, like a lifetime licence. A refund takes the computers that payment added off the licence, and the licence itself stays. If more computers are then active than the licence allows, the ones activated most recently stop working and show This license no longer works on this computer. Please contact support. Write to us if you would rather keep a different one. Refunding the licence does not refund the extra computers bought for it; ask for those separately.
