Split a video into parts
Save an export as several files: every few minutes, in equal parts, or at marks you set while playing, each part starting exactly on its frame.
01Set up the export
Open the video in the Editor and make the changes you want first: format, captions, sound. Everything applies to every part.
02Turn on Split into parts
In the Export tab, SPLIT INTO PARTS has Save it as several files. Choose Every few minutes (10 minutes to start with), Into equal parts (2 to start with), or At the marks I set.
03Set your own marks
With At the marks I set, play the video and click Mark the play position wherever a new part should start; Clear removes the marks. The line under the card lists the parts with their times.
04What comes out
Each part starts exactly on its frame, with the captions, the watermark, and the sound where they belong. The files get -part1, -part2, and so on added to the name; a part is at least a second long, and there can be up to 200.
05Export
Export to Queue sends the parts to the Queue. Splitting is not available for GIF exports or for joins.
