Third-Party Notices
The ClipHearth desktop app includes the open-source components listed below. Each is licensed under its own terms, which grant you rights that the Terms of Service do not restrict. Every release ships the same list with the full licence texts in licenses/THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt next to the application; that file is authoritative for the exact versions in your build.

02FFmpeg builds
ClipHearth ships a GPL build of FFmpeg for each platform. Every build below lists the exact FFmpeg source code it was compiled from, the build scripts that pin its libraries, its configuration and the libraries it contains.

04Downloadable AI models
AI subtitles and translation use the models below. They are not part of the installation: ClipHearth downloads a model only when you choose it, from our model server (models.cliphearth.com). Each model comes with its licence text and an attribution file. ClipHearth uses the models as their authors published them, in the file formats listed, and does not change them.

05Source code offer
For components licensed under the GNU GPL or LGPL, the corresponding source code for the exact versions shipped with a release is available at the links above. If a link stops working, write to info@cliphearth.com and we will provide the source code at no charge beyond the cost of delivery. This offer is valid for three years from the release date of the build you have.
Some components are installed under neutral file names. The “Installed as” line of each component shows which files belong to it.
06Licence texts
The licences that apply to the components above. Full texts, with the copyright notices of each component, also ship with the app.
